Museum Rotterdam is a city museum that will transform itself in the coming years into a network organisation, with a new building and a new depot. Rotterdam ist a polydiverse city and a city museum needs to adapt to this accordingly. Museological theories and practices from outside Europe will be guiding in this process of renewal.
